RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
All Not Sentient products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we handle returns differently than traditional retail.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. To claim:
- Email hello@notsentient.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach a photo clearly showing the defect or damage
We'll review your claim within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong size, color, or product, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.
SIZE ISSUES
Since products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for sizing preference. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that window, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 2–3 business days (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- If still missing, email us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
