1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using notsentient.com (the "Site"), operated by Nalo Seed LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
All products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and the print-on-demand process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. PAYMENT
We use Stripe to process payments. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, with shipping times varying by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Nalo Seed LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nalo Seed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
